Audio Visual Technologies Group

Welcome to the Audio Visual Technologies Group of the Signal Theory and Communications Department of the Technical University of Catalonia.

The objective of the Audio Visual Technologies Group is to develop technology in the areas of audiovisual information analysis, processing, coding, representation and description. The growing importance of audiovisual and multimedia activities generates many new applications that need to improve current state of the art in basic research and applied audiovisual technologies.
